LADBERGEN In August 2020, the NOSTA Group welcomes a total of 21 new apprentices. As in previous years, this special year our company remains committed to its goal of providing as many young people as possible with a reliable education 2020 from the Minister of Education of the State of Lower Saxony for our consistent commitment in the field of the promotion of young researches.
Action-packed days of getting to know each other
As part of the trainee introduction days, exciting insights a re waiting for our logistics newcomers during the first week of August. On the first day, team building is first on the agenda in a regional event location, not far from our Ladbergener administrative headquarters. By mastering playful challenges in the team and overcoming their borders, the trainees can get to know each other better and strengthen their cohesion. The informative part is not too short during the trainee kick-off: the following day, the programme also includes safety training, a bearing guide as well as an introduction to the technology of a truck.
Variety of training
Our company offers a total of ten training and study opportunities. The youngsters in the 2020 training year thus take on a wide variety of career paths on the logistics industry. Diversity is also important to us during the training period. "Due to our use in different departments and at different locations, our training is very varied", says Nora Spieker from HR Development. Both trainees from the commercial and commercial sectors are familiar with different fields of activity in the logistics sector. That´s how they learn, for example.
Award for Reliable Education 2020
In recent years, our People & Culture department has troroughly modernized the training area. For example, training officers have been appointed at all locations, learning target controls have been introduced and cooperation between schools and univerities has been agreed. "A bet that has paid off", says Spieker. We were recently honored by the Minister of Culture of the state of Lower Saxony for our exemplary training quality and the stable framework conditions during our training. Grant Hendrik Tonne honoured the NOSTA Group in July 2020 for a particularly reliable training. The award is awarded for the fourth time by the Lower Saxony Ministry od Education within the framework of the Alliance for Dual Education and focuses on the fundamental importance of education for society.back to list
