When is an application worthwhile?
We are pleased that you have askes yourself this question and that we have been able to arouse your interest in applying to the NOSTA Group. The answer is very simple: Alwyas - we lokk forward to receiving your application at any time. Feel fre to look for suitable positions in our job board or alternatively send us an unsolicited application.
What do I have to pay attention to in the application documents?
Your documents should be sent clearly and completely as a PDF file. We would like to receive the following information:
- Cover letter incl. motivation for the position
- Curriculum vitae
- The last school or university certificate
- Relevant work references (if available)
- If aaplicable salary rewuirements, desired location(s) and willingness to travel
Can I apply again after a rejection?
Yes, you can reapply for another suitable position or alternatively send us an unsolicited application.
Who can view my data and how long do they remain stored?
Only the responsible personnel of the HR department and the respective department have access to the data. Once the application process has been completed, the data will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Art. 6 para. 1 lit a GDPR) deleted from our system or achived for the future after consultation with you. Your interview with us!
How does the interview work?
As a rule, we take part in the meeting with two colleagues. We will inform you of the names of the participants in advance in the appointment confirmation. After a first introductory session of all those present, you will have the opportunity to convince us of your skills and experience and to explain your motivation for the position. Afterwards, we will explain further information about the position and the NOSTA Group. To conclude, we will of course also take sufficient time for any questions.
How do I prepare for the interview?
Basically, it´s about getting to know you and your competencies better. It could be helpful if you think in advance about what your career goals are and what you expect from us as an employer.
Do I have to edit case studies or tests?
As a rule, this is only the case when applying for an apprenticeship or a dual study programme. Occasionally, we ask application-oriented questions or give case studies that shoul be dealt wiwth in advance. However, we communicate these tasks well in advance of the interview.
What do you value in an interview?
To a good discussion preparation, an open atmosphere and an interesting exchange.
Can I postpone the date for another meeting?
We know the problem that something can come up at any time. If you are unable to attend the meeting, please let us know in good time so that we can agree an alternative date with our colleagues.
